Pro & Business plans
Priority support, typically within 24 hours.
Support is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST, excluding public holidays. Messages received outside these hours are answered on the next business day.
What to include in your message
- The email address associated with your Create QRcode account.
- A clear description of the issue or question.
- The name or ID of the relevant QR code, if applicable.
- Screenshots or screen recordings, if you're reporting a bug.
- The device and browser you were using when the issue occurred.

Make sure the QR code is printed clearly with sufficient contrast and size. Dynamic QR codes also require an active account to redirect correctly.
