Terms of Service

Create QRcode is a software-as-a-service platform that lets you create dynamic QR codes, manage the destination URLs they point to, and view analytics about scans (such as count, approximate location, device type, and browser). Features available to you depend on the plan you subscribe to, as described on our pricing page.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us promptly at nirupamapaldev@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

• Paid plans (Pro and Business) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your Settings page or the billing portal. Changes take effect as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• All fees are stated in the currency shown at checkout and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your use of the Service.
• We may change our prices with reasonable advance notice. Price changes do not apply to the current billing cycle you have already paid for.

You agree not to use the Service to create, link to, or distribute QR codes that:

• Are unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or infringe the rights of others;
• Contain or link to malware, phishing pages, or other malicious content;
• Distribute spam, or content that is defamatory, obscene, or harmful;
• Violate any applicable law or regulation, or any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights.

You also agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it, or use it to build a competing product. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

You retain ownership of the URLs, names, images, and other content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service. You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights to use it.

The Service, including its software, design, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Create QRcodeand protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding except as necessary to use the Service.

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Create QRcode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
